Comprehensive Assessment includes a variety of assessment instruments being used by various agencies in 12 states. Some of these wide-ranging tools are comprehensive (such as the Rhode Island Universal Comprehensive Assessment), others are more targeted (such as the caregiver assessment tool from the Family Caregiver Alliance). And Intake and Screening provides additional tools and state intake procedures.
